How many years am I subscribing for?
The subscription automatically renews each year, but is cancellable at any time. The Quantity that you select will determine the number of annual subscriptions that you're purchasing.

Can I purchase subscriptions for multiple people?
Yes! When you fill out the post-purchase questionnaire, you can assign your subscriptions to multiple recipients. For example, if you purchase 8 subscriptions, you could assign 7 to your friend's birthdays and 1 to an anniversary.

What is the "standard message"?
We will provide a standard message for each product that will include a "Dear (recipient's first name)" at the start and "From, (sender's first name)" at the end of each message. We will send the messaage to you for your approval to ensure that you don't have any concerns, and to provide you with the option to customize the message for an additional fee.

How can I renew my subscription?
Subscriptions automatically renew each year until you cancel them. To cancel or manage your subscriptions, you can use the link in your welcome email to access our subscription management site.

How close to the occasion can I sign up for a subscription?
You must sign up at least 30 days in advance of a special occasion so that we have enough time to prep and ship your card so that it arrives in time. If there is less time than that, we'd recommend purchasing a card for the upcoming occasion and starting your subscription the following year.
